- The event will begin promptly at the scheduled time. Please join at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time so that you can test the audio and video connection.
- Please ensure you join the session using a laptop/desktop with good speakers. It is best to go through this webinar using the speakers on your device and not earphones/earpods or headphones.
- Please ensure you have a stable internet connection without any interruption for next {{s.durationSecs/90}}minutes and you are in a space where nobody will disturb you during this time.
- During this program, simple yoga practices will be taught so it is best that you are dressed in comfortable clothing in order to these practices.
- Please have a 1m x 1m space in front of your screen so you are able to do some simple yoga practices. Please also have a space available where you can rest your back for some of the meditations. You can use the support of a wall or the backrest on your chair for this purpose.
