Preparation for Shoonya program

Due to the nature of the Shoonya program, it is highly recommended that you go through a certain amount of preparation, in order to make the most of it:

  1. Practice Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya regularly for minimum 3 months prior to attending the program
  2. Practice 20 mins of Sukha Kriya and 20 mins of AUM chanting 1 to 3 times a day, for at least 15 days before attending the program (This can be done anytime of the day and doesn't need Empty Stomach condition)

Please confirm that you understood the preparation needed and can prepare yourself as necessary for the program.
