Before doing your practices, it is important that you are on empty stomach.
Below are the guidelines for the different types of food and the time gap required before starting practices.
- 4 hours gap after a full meal
- 2.5 hours gap after a snack (a fruit or a biscuit)
- 1.5 hour gap after a beverage (tea, coffee or milk)
- 1.5 hour gap after a cigarette
- 8 hours gap after consuming alcohol
